Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TechRK for your enterprise digital infrastructure. Because techrk.site operates exclusively as an API-based digital service platform handling intangible technical integrations and system processing, our refund terms are strictly defined as follows:

1. Digital Infrastructure & Setup Fees

  • Setup & Integration Fees: Any initial onboarding, developer documentation access, or custom API setup fees are non-refundable once network credentials have been generated and issued to the client.
  • Subscription / Platform Access Fees: Monthly or annual platform access fees are charged on a recurring basis for continuous infrastructure availability. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

2. API Transaction Fees

  • Fees deducted per successful API call, routing, or digital system execution are calculated in real-time based on operational delivery.
  • Once an API request is successfully completed and logged by our servers, the associated service or volume fee is final and non-refundable.

3. Disputed Transactions & System Errors

  • In the rare event of a verified technical glitch on our platform that results in duplicate billing or incorrect fee deductions, clients must submit a formal ticket to our technical support team within 7 business days of the log date.
  • Valid system discrepancies will be reviewed by our engineering department, and approved adjustments will be credited directly to your platform balance or operational ledger.
