TechRK operates strictly as an API-based digital service platform providing infrastructure routing and digital integration. We do not act as a custodian of client funds, a bank, or a direct payment aggregator.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Clients must provide accurate, verified, and complete corporate documentation during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, tokens, and account access credentials.
• Any activity occurring under your assigned API keys is your enterprise’s legal responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to utilize TechRK’s infrastructure to:

• Transact or integrate services involving unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent activities.
• Disrupt, overload, or compromise the stability of our servers, networks, or connected endpoints via malicious script execution or DDoS attempts.
• Bypass any platform security measures or access unauthorized data layers.

4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, TechRK provides its digital infrastructure on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for operational losses, system downtimes, or indirect financial damages caused by upstream third-party network failures or standard infrastructure maintenance.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend API access immediately, without prior notice, if a client violates these terms, undergoes regulatory scrutiny, or engages in suspicious transactional patterns.
